Mon-Sat. 10 am- 6 pm EST

Processing :

Items will process and ship 2-5 business days after the order is placed. *orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please double-check order accuracy before checking out.
  • We are not responsible for updating or changing incorrect addresses or items after the order is placed.

  • We will not apply any discounts after the order is placed.

  • We do not cancel/ refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or after delivery.

  • We are not responsible for any lost/missing packages.

  • An order confirmation will be sent via email/text once the order is processed.

    • check the spam folder for the email if not received within 1-2 business days.

  • Tracking info :

  • A tracking number will be issued and sent via email/text after the order has been processed through USPS.

  • Please note some orders are shipped in multiple boxes.

Lost packages:
  • We are not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages once it has left our facility.

  • The customer is responsible for all costs related to returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • For any missing packages please contact USPS.

Damaged/ defective product In shipment:

If you believe the item you received is unusable due to damage during shipment or is effective please contact us within 72 hours of delivery to initiate a return ( If Applicable) Please contact us through Email: QueenBeautyAesthetics@aol.com

  3. Please allow up to 5 days to process the return.
