Booking Policy

 Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE NON TRANSFERABLE

ALL REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE IN FULL CASH ONLY!

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY:
I ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 2 days BEFORE the start of your appointment.

Failure to cancel or reschedule 2 DAYS before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiting the deposit and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.

NO-SHOW / SAME-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY:
All No Shows and Same Day Cancellations will forfeit the deposit and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.

LATE POLICY:
The client is allowed a 10-minute grace period. If the client is more than 10 minutes late, an appointment will be canceled, the deposit will be forfeited, and charged 100% of the remaining balance.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS.
There will be no refunds for any services done. If you are having any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.

ALL CARDS MUST BE SAVED ON FILE!
Failure to save the card on file your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit you will have to book another appointment with the card saved on file.
